ClickBomb is operated by Serpply Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us", or "ClickBomb" mean Serpply Ltd. References to "you" or "customer" mean the individual or entity that opens a ClickBomb account or purchases a service from us.
ClickBomb runs short, geo-targeted bursts of paid traffic at a single URL you specify, then reports the rank position of that URL for your chosen keyword(s) before the burst, at 24 hours, and at 48 hours. The visitors come from real users on third-party ad networks. The behavioural signals generated are one of many inputs Google's ranking systems consider, and we do not claim to predict, guarantee, or control any specific ranking outcome.
What ClickBomb is not:
You must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using ClickBomb you confirm that the URL you submit is one you own, operate, or have explicit authorisation to direct traffic to.
Certain verticals are accepted with manual review before any test launches. These include gambling, adult content, CBD, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, and other regulated categories. You can still purchase a test in these verticals; we just route it through human review first, which may add 24-72 hours to the start.
Prices are listed on /pricing/ and on the offer card you see at checkout. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing you authorise Stripe to charge the payment method you provide.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before that date. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for mid-period cancellations.
If an eligible ClickBomb produces no significant movement within 48 hours, we add a free re-run credit to your account. Full eligibility rules are on the refund and re-run page.
You may not use ClickBomb to direct traffic at content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, malicious, sexually explicit involving minors, designed to harass or threaten, or that violates the policies of the ad networks we rely on. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any test that breaches these conditions, with a refund of any unspent credits.
You retain all rights in your content and the URL you submit. We retain all rights in the ClickBomb platform, software, brand, and documentation. We may use anonymised, aggregated performance data (with no personally identifying details and no naming of your domain) to improve the service and publish industry-level statistics.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Search-engine ranking outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to Google's algorithm updates, your competitors' activity, the on-page quality of your URL, and your existing backlink profile. We make no warranty that any specific outcome will result from a ClickBomb test, and any third-party stats published on our marketing pages reflect historical aggregate behaviour, not a prediction of your individual result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ClickBomb is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost rankings, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@clickbombs.com. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, or use that exposes us or our ad-network providers to material risk. On termination, unused paid credits remain redeemable for 90 days unless the closure is due to your material breach.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on the account at least 14 days before they take effect, except where the change is required by law or addresses a security issue.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these terms or the service, except that you may also bring a claim before the courts of your country of habitual residence where local consumer-protection law gives you that right.
